North DFW area Symphonic Band

Scott Himel is an esteemed director in the North Texas community.  He was the head director for Liberty Christian School for 15 years.  He was the director of bands for several homeschool bands, orchestra and choirs, and throughout all of his programs, his students  have won multiple state-wide awards! He was recognized as the TAPPS Fine Arts teacher of the year for all of Texas in 2015.  He is currently the band director for Lakeland Christian Academy and he will now be directing our symphonic band!
